Looking for a roommate (master bedroom)

Hey, this is Xinlu Sun and I am helping my previous roommate looking for some one that can take over my roommate's lease until the end of next August, who is pay promptly and responsibly.Orion northstar-2b2b master bedroom sublet (female only). Sublease available now, current lease until August/2020. Rent $815/month (not including Utilities/internet). Price can negotiable. I'm a 25-year-old UM graduate student, who is respectful, no bad habits, usually quiet and easy-going. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by a living room and a kitchen. Master room is on the second floor and is fully furnished, with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. We have a washing machine and dryer in our apartment. The community has a pick-up service, and a self-service package delivery system. with a large balcony and storage room.The community has a 24-hour gym, an outdoor pool, tennis court, and a dog park.
