Our community received a $5 million rehabilitation in 2008. Improvements included upgrading to the community's landscaping, parking lots, and hall lighting on all floors. New fening, property signage and a new roof were installed. All homes received new windows, sliding back balcony doors, floooring, and painting. Replacement of bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, countertops, range hoods, lighting, refrigertaors, and carpeting were also scheduled in most all apartments.
