Applicants must meet minimum screening standards to be approved:
· Monthly household income must exceed 3 times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source to be considered
· Must receive positive references from previous landlords for the previous 5 years
· No evictions or unpaid judgments
· Credit score must be a minimum of 600
· A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility
· Non-smoker
· Occupancy is limited to 1 person per bedroom.
The security deposit is 1.5 times the amount of the first month's rent.
