We have a sparkling swimming pool in the summer for your enjoyment. We offer carports to keep your car cool in the summer and to keep the snow off in the winter so you spend less time in the cold. We provide lawn care and snow plowing services.

When you choose Sterling Troy Apartments you choose a great home that offers great rental rates plus free heat and water. One bedrooms start at $870.00 per month and security deposit is ½ month with approved credit. Two bedrooms start at $1040.00 per month and security deposit is ½ month with approved credit. Our minimum lease term is 6 months which is subject to a higher rate. To make your decision easier, I would like to explain some of the great features included in your new home. Each apartment comes with an electric stove and refrigerator, air conditioning, ceiling fans in the dining room, carpeting throughout, and plenty of closet space. We are also only Comcast Cable ready. You also have the multiple different floor plans on the one and two bedrooms. Our application fee is $50 for everyone over the age of 18.

We are cat friendly and allow up to 2 cats per apartment. The fee is $25 per month per cat and a $250 non-refundable fee.
