DirectEmployers Association is a nonprofit HR consortium of leading global employers formed to improve labor market efficiency through the sharing of best practices, research and the development of technology. In accordance with its Corporate By-Laws, the business and affairs of the Association are managed by a Board of Directors consisting of member company representatives. Daily operations are managed by an Executive Director and operations staff at the direction of the President and Board of Directors. Officers are elected and goals and objectives are determined by member employers at DirectEmployers Associations annual meeting scheduled in the fourth quarter of each year.

About Sales, Service andMarketing (SSM) Driving all of GeneralMotors Sales for North America this group is made up of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC brandsas well as our Sales Operations groups. For the race enthusiast we are also thehome to Motorsports and accessories which provides a large contribution to therevenue of SSM. SSM is also the home to all of GM's marketing groups- from autoshows, to new vehicle launches. About This Role: GM is conducting a proof of concept that allows us exploredigital data for both customers and competitive vehicles. The team is working with IHS Markitto bring inone month of Chevy Brand website visitordata to measure GM and Competitive vehicle sales. The website visitors will beassociated to households via the LiveRamp process. An analyticalspreadsheet with competitive Sales data based on Brand website visitors will beprovided to GM. The intern will leverage the data to explore andidentify insights that could provide valuable information to help drive sitestrategies. GM will gain valuable insights on customers who visited GMweb assets but decided to buy a competitive vehicle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree focused in Sales, Marketing, or related fields of study

- Must have a minimum of a 3.0 overall GPA on a 4.0 scale

- Preferred graduation year: 2021

- Demonstrates leadership in field of study, extra-curricular activities or service organizations

- Able to work full-time: 40 hours per week during the summer months

- Prior internship experience!
