Do you love to create visuals/illustrations to reflect the brand and add fun and character to products? You're in the right place! Xactly Corp is in search of UX Design Intern to join our first-ever Intern Program for designers!**THE TEAM**The Xactly UX Design Team is a talented group of problem solvers distributed among various Xactly offices. Come join us as we take Xactly into the future, and be a part of an innovative distributed team.**THE SKILL SET:**- Work on projects that impact the business. You'll gain exposure to how a real design team works, with the opportunity to execute at every stage of the design lifecycle from concept to delivery.- Create UI elements and illustrations that simplify complex concepts into user-friendly and engaging visualizations and experiences- Familiar with current interaction design concepts, and good understanding of design systems- Experienced in creating design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant- Attention to detail, ability to iterate rapidly and inspire with creative approaches- Working towards a Bachelor's degree preferred- Must have design portfolio**WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL:**- Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow- Build relationships with internal business partners- Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solvesIs this role not an exact fit for you?
