Pillar Group Staffing, Michigan's fastest growing Medical Staff Agency is seeking a solid individual to join our team!

We are searching for a Super Star, Entry Level Human Resources person to join our family of Medical Staffing Professionals! You will perform activities in human resources genre, ranging from recruiting new hires, to retaining existing staff and everything in between!

This position is initially a remote, part time position with the opportunity to grow into a full time role with benefits (including medical, dental, optical and paid time off).

The right individual will excel at contacting candidates, discussing positions, evaluating skill and character. Additionally this person must have attention to detail and poses the skills necessary to progress positions within a growing organization.

Initial Responsibilities include:

Recruiting, Screening, and interviewing potential employees

Compensation negotiations

On-boarding and training new staff members

Implementation of company culture, values and policies

Provide management with requested reports and documents

Coordinate events focused on employee recognition

Accurately maintain employee files
