The customer service agent is responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of our customer service, sales, marketing, and advertising activities. This customer service position has the responsibility of assisting with the many facets of the sales and marketing efforts including (but not limited to) supporting sales goals, developing and extending various marketing programs, managing and engaging one on one with our customers.Responsibilities Include:Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for growthGather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. discount code, zip code, demographic analysis etc.)Generate reports on marketing and sales metricsContribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional eventsMaintain and update impeccable records of marketing metrics and results of past campaignsAssist the Marketing & Sales team with other departmental events as neededManages daily administrative tasksMonitor and report competitors marketing and sales activitiesPerforms other duties, as assignedNo Remote PostionsRequirements include:Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry, including tools and techniquesSignificant experience with social media platformsAble to stand for prolonged periods of times at both indoor and outdoor eventsPassionate about guest service and providing memorable experiencesAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentAssociated topics: call center associate, call center specialist, clerk, csr, customer care specialist, customer service, phone, rep, representative, telephone
