What You'll Do/Need The Sales Intern works closely with Mortgage Bankers and take an important role in the mortgage process. They'll have the opportunity to build interpersonal sales skills while speaking to clients and will also being given full freedom to search out and create process improvement ideas. Responsibilities Attend meetings, huddles and training sessions to learn alongside the teamImprove pipeline efficiency by speaking with clientsIdentify areas for improvement and help create solutions for the businessConduct research as neededHelp manage projects and track progressRequirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteStrong organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak to a wide range of peopleStrong time management and project management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPossess self-motivation and a competitive spirit
