* Handleall day-to-day operations with the Online Casino Dealersteam including but not limited to scheduling, performance management, disciplinary, employee relations, etc.
* Supervise staff and conduct performance quality checks
* First point of contact for Online Casino Dealers and Shufflers
* Lead re-trainings andad-hoc training
* Create rotation andscheduling
* Provide verbal and written feedback on performance
* Communicatewith HR Team, Service Support Team, Team Leader and other departments
* If necessary to host and presenta number ofdifferent Casino games in front of the camera for the live players
