ZwickRoell is searching for an Entry Level - Calibration Technician who is highly motivated and will reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction. Working from home in Detroit, MI you will be responsible for traveling to customer sites to perform a variety of services including preventive maintenance and calibration on various ZwickRoell products.The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:An Associates degree or technical collegeUnderstanding of electrical and mechanical systemsAbility to read, comprehend and interpret basic technical information is requiredMust be familiar with PC's and Windows applicationsThe role requires good time management and customer service skillsTimely submission of all reports weeklyAbility to work independently, goal-oriented, meeting commitments are very important in this positionStrong oral and written communication skills are needed as well as good customer service skills and ability to work with various customersTravel up to 90% can be expected based on business needsYou will be provided with a company vehicle, tools/equipment to do your job, a laptop and cell phone.Enjoy a competitive salary and a generous benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401k (with company match), life and LTD insurance.ZwickRoell is the world's leading supplier of materials testing machines.
