Position Summary: Encodle Systems is an authorized Solution Provider for Oracle/NetSuite. Through our Sales Apprenticeship, candidates will work hands on at a technology company, gaining real world Sales Development Rep experience in the technology and SaaS space. Candidates will also receive supplemental coaching, training and mentorship from the NetSuite's training team to help ensure productivity, ramp, full understanding of all platforms used, and overall success with a career path opportunity to become an Account Manager or Account Executive in a short time span.The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects (both outbound and inbound), acting as the initial point of contact. This role will be primarily focused around researching the prospects and performing outreach through emails, calls, and social media. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company's needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to a combination of hot and cold leads and accounts. - Identify and qualify new sales opportunities using various research channels ( Linked In , Paid Lead Lists , other channels). - Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities. - Nurture leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready for an appointment or product demo. - Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle. - Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts. - Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences. - Promoting and marketing business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients. - Use consultative approach to identify needs and pain points and offer NetSuite as a solution.Requirements - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent - Strong and professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation. - Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. - Brings new ideas to the company. - High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company. - Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other social mediums. - Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with. - An obsession with prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up. - Prior experience working on NetSuite ERP/CRM/Financial or any other ERP/CRM/Financial product is a big plus.
