**R1 Digital Launch Program Associate - Software Engineering**As an R1 Launch Associate specializing as a Software Engineer, you will code and create digital healthcare experiences for hundreds of thousands of patients across the country.The R1 Digital Launch Program cares about investing in the next generation of leaders. Through this program, we are preparing our R1 Launch Associates to enter the industry with the tools to succeed and advance at R1 focusing on making healthcare simpler through technology. The intent of these rotations is to provide you with broader exposure to the various roles R1 Digital has available so that you can better understand where your skills and interests align, and ultimately support a final placement in a permanent role.**As an R1 Launch Software Engineering Associate, you will build skills in:**+ **Microsoft technologies such as Windows, .net, and SQL Server**+ **Linux, Java, Postgres, and MongoDB**+ **Scripting languages such as JavaScript, ReactJS, and Python**+ **Cloud technologies: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud**Our 16-month rotational program will provide unique experiences that will allow you to explore, connect, and thrive in your career. Through program rotations, you will gain exposure to various business leaders, collaborate on projects, and acquire an understanding of the complex facets of digital healthcare operations that make R1 an industry leader.**Program Start Date:** August 2023**Required Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's degree+ Major in computer science or similar with strong academic achievement+ Flexibility and willingness to travel to one of our regional locations at least 4-5 times during the program duration or relocate.+ Permanent US work authorization+ Analytical Skills - Proficient in Excel and able to understand data trends+ Full stack experience a plusWorking in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
