We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as fully remote financial coaches. Previous experience is not required for this entry-level position.

All licensing and training materials are provided and paid for by the company. Compensation is through commissions, residual pay, and bonuses.

This position is conducted 100% remotely via Zoom, text, and phone and is available for both full-time and part-time positions. Through hard work and determination, you will have the opportunity to become an investment/insurance broker.

Our office features daily training to educate and train you on how to present the business as well as how to build relationships that will earn you referrals from ongoing clients. In our office, you will be a part of a goal-oriented team that is fully committed to your growth and development as a financial educator.

Success is dependent on your work ethic as well as your determination to set and achieve your personal goals, your willingness to obtain your licenses quickly, and your application of the knowledge you gain from peers and training.

Responsibilities:

-Network and build relationships with new and existing clients

-Determine financial status and analyze forecast results

-Recommend personalized financial products to clients

-Follow up with clients

-Conduct cost analysis on financial programs and operations

Qualifications:

-Motivated to learn and grow daily

-Willingness to obtain applicable licenses in the state you live in

-Must reside in the United States

-Passionate about helping others

-Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions

-18+ years old with a minimum high school diploma or equivalent
