Team One Credit Union is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of full-time Member Service Specialist for the Bloomfield Hills office, located at 3120 South Boulevard. This position is primarily responsible for establishing new accounts and facilitating consumer loans. Additional duties will include (but are not limited to):Assisting walk-in traffic with general inquiries & existing account needsEstablishing new accountsConsumer loan processing (all stages except for decisioning)Promotion & sales of Team One products/servicesAnswering incoming member inquires via telephone and other remote channelsThe qualified applicant will have:Previous banking or credit union experience (preferred)New account and loan experience (preferred)Record of successful sales & referrals (with current/previous employer)Warm, approachable personalityExcellent communication skills - both verbal & writtenSelf-motivation and ability to work independently If you have the desired background and skills listed above, we look forward to speaking with you *Team One Credit Union offers competitive wages, full health benefits, short and long-term disability, employee assistance program, free life insurance, paid time off, and 401k with company match.
