Jesuit life in Lansing-Reilly

Next to the Health Professions building, 23 Jesuits live in a historic building that few UDM students have visited. Lansing-Reilly has been the Jesuit residence since 1923.

The chapel is one of the focal points of the building.

Above the altar is a painting of Mary, who the Jesuits view as the Queen of the Society of Jesus.

Another focal point is the dining room where the dining staff serve the Jesuits their meals. Frs. Bob Scullin and John Saliba enjoy their lunch, while Frs. John Staudenmaier, Simon Hendry, Gerald Cavanagh, David Watson and Gilbert Sunghera give a thumbs up.
