Stressing out? Fitness Center offers classes

Workers at University Recreation inside the UDM Fitness Center say they can help with the stress of the school year.

A variety of fitness classes are being offered, including the newest class, JAC3D G33K Bootcamp with information systems adjunct Prof. William Bowen.

With multiple certifications for personal and group training, William offers an class with strength and cardio training.

The diverse schedule includes cardio bootcamp, abs, yoga, Zumba, Biggest Loser Bootcamp, Kettlebell Fitness and cickboxing.
