This guy is a pompous, arrogant, & self-righteous baffoon when it comes to teaching. As stated by several other students, he loves to hear himself talk and usually about other things than the course material. I would NOT recommend at all. Very bad instructor to say the least ... unless you are a young female that he shows preference for. |

Dr. Manning makes the material make sense. His exams are definitely not the easiest, but if you put the effort in to study you will be just fine. He is always more then willing to help. Would take his class before any others in the Political Science Department. |
